USA Student Residences offers four room types to suit all budgets, but all rooms share the same great amenities!

Room rates include weekly housekeeping and linen service. All rates subject to change.

Rates may increase by 5% from June through August. Weekly rentals subject to a 15.5% mandatory city tax. There is no tax for monthly rentals. To check current availability, rent a room or schedule a tour click here.

A security deposit of $300 for shared rooms and $500 for private rooms and $25 cleaning fee are due at check in. Security deposit is returned at check out.
