USA Student Residences offers four room types to suit all budgets, but all rooms share the same great amenities!

Room rates include weekly housekeeping and linen service. All rates subject to change.

Rates may increase by 5% from June through August. Stays of less than 30 days subject to a 15.5% mandatory city tax. There is no tax for monthly rentals. To check current availability, rent a room or schedule a tour click here.

A refundable security deposit of $350 and non-refundable $25 cleaning fee are due at check in. Security deposit is returned at check out.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival incur a $100 cancellation fee. No shows are charged a full month's rent.
