Whether your institution is interested in simply referring students to our facilities or setting up a more formal housing relationship, one of our facilities is sure to fulfill your housing needs.

USA Student Residences houses students in two buildings, both of which are located in the center of San Francisco.  By fostering two distinct student communities our facilities fulfill the needs of a wide variety of students. 

Our Ansonia and Sutter Suites locations are set up with short-term international students in mind.  The rooms at The Ansonia share the facilities with our international backpackers hostel (commonly called a youth hostel) USA Hostels San Francisco.  Ansonia residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in the tours, activities and parties organized for by the hostel staff.  Students in our Sutter Suites building enjoy a quieter atmosphere and all live in rooms with ensuite baths.  Staff members plan community social events where students can mingle and get to know each other.  Residents of Sutter Suites have access to the common areas, including dining facilities, and social events at our Ansonia location.
